TaxPrep Solutions, Inc. has been a provider of personal and business tax preparation since 1987. We offer experienced, professional, tax and accounting services at a reasonable price. In most cases our clients come in with their tax information and leave with their completed return in one appointment. We prepare multiple state returns and e-file at least 96% of our returns. We do tax preparation either by appointment or by mail. Clients who mail their information into us are either away for the winter or are out-of-state clients and some just like the convenience that mailing provides.

Unlike many tax preparation companies, we are committed to fostering client relationships by being open year round, not just during tax season. We also have the experience and ability to represent taxpayers at all administrative levels within the IRS.

In addition to tax preparation and planning we also do bookkeeping and write up work for small business.

How Can We Help?

We view ourselves as Tax Consultants and not Tax Preparers. Our job is not to just prepare your taxes but to help you in making decisions.

Not too long ago, one of the national tax preparation companies had a marketing campaign stating that people who go to that company don’t need to worry that much in regards to taxes because the tax payer “has people,” unlike people who do their own taxes. The problem with this is that most of the preparers at these national chains only work from February through April 15. If you have a tax problem during another time of the year, when most IRS letters are received, the chances of the person you talk with at the preparation company knowing your personal situation is slim. The same thing is true if you have a tax related question.

With us, we are always available. One of us is usually in the office Monday through Friday during the off season.
